Return Window
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Packaged in its original box or wrapping

  • Free from any signs of wear or damage

Returns received after the 7-day window or those not meeting the conditions may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A brief explanation of why you wish to return the item

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Returns submitted without prior contact may be delayed or denied.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Refund Eligibility and Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a cash refund

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date we approve the return

  • Refunds will match the original payment amount (COD) and will be arranged via the same cash payment method

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Any item not requested for return within the 7-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. In such cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full cash refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be returned after delivery.
